Monthly payment

Hi, 

 

I paid for my June payment on 4th June through the sky app rather than the direct debit coming out a couple days later.  A couple days later the direct debit has still come out and so payment has been taken twice for June and my next payment is still July. Who can i contact to get a refund?

As you have a direct debit setup there is no need to make manual payments because as you have discovered if you make a manual payment to close to the billing date it is to late to stop the DD from being taken.

 

For a refund, do you see a credit on your account ?
