Monthly direct debit

Hi, I am wondering why my monthly direct payments are £171.40 when I was assured in April that my payments would be £143 and would like to know why they were changed. Thank you

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is primarily a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

We obviously can't see your bills. Perhaps compare it to a previous bill to see where it differs ~ a discount ending maybe.
