Monthly direct debit query
Querying monthly direct debit payment. Currently paying £30 per month and after a recent visit from one of your advisors it was confirmed it would remain at £30 per month however I've received an email which states it will rise to £49 plus .May I please have confirmation that I will continue to pay the £30 otherwise I will look elsewhere.

You aren’t actually contacting Sky by posting here as this is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.
Are you sure this "visit" was from a Sky representative?

Hi @Linda0411 in case you aren't aware this is a community forum primarily of other Sky customers, not a contact method to Sky Customer Services.
The best way to check would be to check out the future bills via on the My Sky app or via sky.com/bill and see what they are showing.
