Monthly charges
Im paying £159.29 to you and £37.49 to BT for TNT So nearly £200 pm BT tell me they can do all I have inc TNT for £120 pm
can you match this ????
if not who I do I need to contact to cancel and I presume it's 30 days ???
I'm 66 now on a state pension , not working !!!

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
What you've seen from BT is a new customer deal. You're not a new Sky customer so thinking you'll get something to match is unrealistic. Better discounts for new customers are to encourage you to join. Contact Sky to renegotiate a discount if yours have expired.
