Monthly account

I have been given some free items on my membership account. However, when I received a copy of these items, it looks like they are added payments. I have been trying to find out my new mothly cost which i was told would be lower. It seems I just get a run around when speaking to sky even having the connection cut off.  I just want to know what my monthly charge will be in the future.  Brian G.
