Credit to my account and future payments
I received my switching credit back to my account... Great... They have said that the credit will go towards future bills.... Wonderful.... But will they still take my normal direct debit on the due dates? Because then I will still remain in credit, which I don't want to do.... Anyone? Thanks in advance.

This credit should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account.
