Money taken after cancellation
How do I get a refund for £56 being taken after cancelling my Sky and moving to BT?

Once your Sky account shows you're in credit, you can contact Sky to request a manual refund, providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit. Or you could wait for an automatic refund in 6 weeks or so.
