Hello I had missed a payment because it came out a few days before the date that it was supposed to come out on. I paid the money that I missed but i got a message stating that I had missed the payment and it was added on to my next bill. I am not sure why it was added since I paid for it so can anyone explain?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen a bill is missed you do not need to pay it yourself unless you are asked to do Sky by Sky, this is because they will either try again 10 days later (if the direct debit fails) or in your case they will add it to your next bill.

If the payment you made now appearing as a credit and if it is would you like the messaging team at Sky to contact you regarding a refund ?

once taken the overpayment will show up as a credit and when it does you can either leave it to be used against a future billing or request a refund

I am having an awful time with sky atm. They owed me £50. Took months to acknowledge it. This time. Instead of taking it off my bill. They added it. They now owe me £100. I cannot get them to give me money.
