Money been taken out when I have changed broadband
I have changed broadbands and sky have taken £35 out of my bank this month even though my sky has been cancelled

@Melx2 When did the transfer of your broadband take place as Sky bills can cover a period beyond the termination date, this being the case any over payment is refunded.
Did you get confirmation your service was switched when expected?
Is there a credit showing on your account?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
