I've cancelled my contract 3 months ago, still have -£39.63 balance that meant to be returned to me 2 months ago. Sky box returned, all the terms of contract termination fulfilled. Do I have to do anything else to get my money back?

If you give Sky a call, they'll be able to manually refund it to your bank account within 5 days, providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit.
