Mobile

Been trying to pay my mums mobile bill for the past 10 days as Sky accidentally cancelled her direct debit .  I have given bank details on 6 separate occasions , each time I have tried the payment isn't going through and it sits pending on the bank , sky are blaming the bank and the bank says it is a Sky issue.  I have tried using 2 different bank accounts and it's the same every time , they are threatening legal action and the most frustrating thing is it just doesn't let me pay !!!any ideas

Have you tried using a credit or debit card instead of a direct debit ?
