Mobile services restricted

My services are restricted due to unpaid bill, I get paid 26th of this month and will be able to pay in full, but I need my mobile services active, could someone please get in touch thank tou

you can still dial 150 and speak to sky customer services. I've heard they might do it under exceptional circumstances.

As your mobile has been restricted Sky will not restore them until this bill has been paid in full and you have then setup your payment method again. If at the pin by of paying it you are two weeks or more late in paying it then you will have to pay the next bill as well before your mobile will be restored.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers. No one will get in touch with you. 

In addition to the advice from @caesarome once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

 

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Most likely the call would be diverted automatically to a request for payment.
