Mobile service
Hi there my mobile contract has been suspended due to late payments, I apologise for these late payments but the reason is because I've not been working due to a knee injury and therefore I'm struggling with finances at the moment. I was just wondering if you could take the suspension off my account and I can pay what needs paying in full by the end of August. If so that would be massively appreciated.

Re: Mobile service
@Ricky021
You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.
Restricted services won’t be switched back on until any arrears Sky believe you owe have been paid and you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method. Until then any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay.
Restrictions are applied automatically and can’t be overridden by agents. Sky do NOT allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
If a payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.
If payments are 56+ days overdue Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).
If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (for Sky Mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Re: Mobile service
@Ricky021 Welcome to the community, please be aware this is not Sky customer support it is mainly a customer to customer support platform.
Unfortunately once restrictions are in place it's unlikely that Sky will restore them until the outstanding balance is paid in full, if that is more than 2 weeks after the bill was missed they may insist on the next month being paid in advance, that being said if you can get through to customer service and plead your case you may have a small chance of having the restriction lifted(it will be a very small chance).
