Hi
I paid my sky mobile bill today and set up new payment details.
3 hours later my phone and data still restricted.
I have spoken to someone and they said nothing wrong with account and hung up on me.
When on my account it says I need to set up new payment method which I also done.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou still have to wait for your payment to clear into Skys account. It's not instant. Also if your payment was more than 2 weeks late you need to pay the next bill as well.

No it wasn't 2 weeks late and according to the sky employee everything is fine and shouldnt have any restrictions on my account. I guess it's a waiting game
