Mobile phone Credit Agreement

After 3 calls I've finally managed to take out a new phone contract, however when I sign into my Sky account (tried all diff devices) it won't let me open my messages to sign my credit agreement? I've tried linking my account but this again brings an error message. When calling Sky the automated info at the star says my account is locked but when I speak to someone they say it isn't? Something is obviously causing this issue?

Hi, when I click on the message it says 'something went wrong' we couldn't load your message right now. Then a button to try again but that doesn't work.

i get an auto pop up telling me my credit agreement is ready to sign but when I click on that it just takes me back to the Home Screen. I was also getting when trying to look and order the phone from a device rather than speaking to someone an error saying 'the page you are looking for could t not be found' yet if I wasn't signed in and looking at tha same page I didn't get that message?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
