Credit Refund

I cancelled my broadband and my account is showing credit.

 

Everything i've read says it would be refunded in 6 weeks but it's gone past that now.

 

I can't even find a number to call anyone to get them to process the refund faster.

 

Has anyone got a way of contacting the billing team that isn't the useless help function on the MySky app.

@STP85  When did your service end?   Did you leave the payment method in place?

 

If you wish we can ask the CommunityMessaging Team to reach out to you, they can arrange the refund, would you like us to do that?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

March 10th and yes my payment method is still in place as I pay my TV bill still, the credit wasn't applied to that bill so i'd like it back now.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
