Mobile data plan

I want to cancel the mobile data plan and get a refund

If that's an expiring offer and you are out of contract then call and give notice to cancel.  You won't get a refund other than any prorata charge past your notice period.

Explain more as you normally won't get a refund.

 

You can only cancel within the cooling off period or once you are not subject to a minimum term.

So same question as above, or have you had this sim for more than 12 months, if you have call Sky on 150 to cancel it. You will not get a refund.
