Mobile bill

I had to change mobile number with sky as my original number was telling me that someone else had my number! Rang sky, and was sorted quickly and officially!

But my bill is supposed to be £14 a month, and this month's bill is saying £40, and next month's is saying £28!!!

Tried ringing sky, and of course couldn't understand woman on the other end!!! What do I do now?

We can't see your bill here so a breakdown of it can be seen via the MySky app or online here so what does it show that you are being billed £40 for:

Sounds like they simply added an additional SIM and now you're paying for two.

 

If you were past your cooling off period for the initial SIM then it cannot (normally) be cancelled until 12 months has past.
