Why have i just paid the usual £94.50 when i have just paid a lump sum to get out of Sky Sports now?

I am a pensioner with limited funds . I need an urgent refund as i have just paid you a big amount for early termination now i have gone with Utility Warehouse   

  Do i need to go to the Onburdsman

How did you pay the lump sum? Does your Sky account show that you're in credit?

Hello there, incase you are not aware you are talking to Sky customers only on here and not Sky.

 

If Sky agreed to let you out of a contract early then they are within their rights to charge you this early termination fee as you can read about here:
