Mobile bill

Hello my mobile bill wasn't paid as didn't have enough funds but I paid it manually this morning to restore my services and no money has been taken out of my account but my contract is working again can someone please explain why it hasn't been taken out of my account

@Katietyler  Card payments can show as pending on your bank account, do you see a pending payment on your banks online portal/app?

No doesn't say nothing on my banking app and when I log into my sky mobile app, it says your services has restored but doesn't say anything about me making a manual payment

@Katietyler  I would keep an eye on it, it does seem as though pyment has been logged on your account but has yet to be taken from your bank and there is a delay, i'd say you're likely to see a debit/pending payment from your account later today or tonight.
