@YieldLondon

You post seems unconnected to your thread title so perhaps provide some details of your issue?

@YieldLondon

You could try one of the other methods of contacting Sky…

(Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🟣 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

🟣 online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟣 Sky Assistant should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟣 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.

That's a new one on me. Are you calling one of the standard Customer Services numbers?

@YieldLondon

Hopefully you're not trying via a number obtained from a link in anything sent from potential fraudsters.

@YieldLondon

Sky don't allow phone numbers on the forum apart from 150. There have been no other reports of not being able to get through although the lines are probably busy.

Use the contact methods provided above and not via any links you're not 200% happy with.

@YieldLondon I tried  both those numbers before they were removed. The second (0337) number is no longer in active use. The first works fine, so I suspect the message you heard was specific to your account. Have you called Sky about this issue before?

The website currently says ,"Our contact centres are particularly busy and we're sorry if call queues are longer than normal right now"

You'll have to persevere.  There will be literally thousands of people trying to contact them.

See here: Scam calls, emails, texts or online impersonation | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

A number may appear if you click 'No I need more help'  then 'I'd prefer to get in touch'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Mobile Impersonation Fraud

Yep - first reported the fraud to them on 16th July. Still nothing and being chased by the credit / baliffs they have passed the account to.

I strongly suspect that's why you're receiving the response you are when you call them. What did Sky say they would do?
