Missold contract

Have been with sky since 2019

Went back 2023 all was OK until renewal arrive. Offered a faster Internet 1gb plus sky go plus sky puck . All seemed OK.  Until the requested to return the puck when going into a new contract seem daft as it was working just done due to speed test not good enough. So sent back the first puck the item was sent via the sky process after 40 days they said it as not been returned o yest it was. I asked for an email address to send photos of delivery and return. 8 in total staff sent me around the houses. Each one passed me over in every  link taking 2 hours. Yip getting angry

Found after 3 hours I should have been giving two tv puck or is a cube . No matter the deal was for whole home tv and Internet cover.

Now I find that the staff sent me a l basic cube or puck I off

now they after 45 days state I am to be charged for non return.

Angry part 2.

Sky have a very poor way of recording matters hence my stress.  I feel the matter was missold with no follow up on the proper conditions I agreed to.

I have been foobed of and cut off by sky India sales staff except for on who highlighted I have not been provided with the entire cube/ puck off as it was to be a whole home type cover.

Tomorrow 13th Monday ocb 2025 I need to sort this out or go the ombudsman.

It seems to me cheap labour sky forgot. quality based on contract is substandard..

Hi @3761Solo   I would raise a Complaint which will be the start of the 8 weeks (or deadlock letter) before you can go to the ombudsman.

@3761Solo

There's no such device as a Sky 'cube': the Stream box is a 'puck'.

'Whole Home' is a subscription supplement which doesn't automatically include additional television hardware: while you might legitimately argue the product name is misleading, there's no obligation on Sky to remedy this.
