Missing £90 voucher

I was promised a £90 voucher a while ago for upgrading to fiber 500. I am still waiting for it. Sky now say they have no record of offering me the voucher. I hate broken promises and am seriously considering leaving Sky,I am a loyal Diamond customer and this is no way to treat a long standing customer. Actually its no way to treat any Sky customer...!!!

I tried that,they just issued me with what they call a modified order which let's me leave Sky with no penalties if I want. Its just another fob off,my husband and I are diamond members,both 75 years old and have been with Sky since they started. We can do without the stress and upheaval of leaving and starting again with another company and set up.I think for a multi national large company they are making a big deal over a £90 voucher that they owe me. We have decided that £90 is not the issue,we never got it so won't miss it,its just the arrogant way they treat their customers that really annoy us..!!!!!
