Hi can anybody tell me how to resolve an issue that I'm having trying to get to sky marketplace to update a payment, rang customer services, no help whatsoever, can't believe it's difficult for this to be solved

It apears to be. There have been a number of inconclusive threads reporting difficulties with paying an outstanding Marketplace bill You can't do it yourself, so the only option is to persevere with Sky, I'm afraid.
