Miss

Just gone on to my bill and it looks like I've got a £25 fee charge on there for not cancelling I did cancel and re arranged. So I'd appreciate it if that payment got taken off my bill

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

I'm not sure what you mean with regards being charged for not cancelling. If you cancel an appointment/rearrange on the day before or the day of the appointment Sky can impose the £25 charge.
