@Jane234

This link explains what you need to do:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

Switching to Sky Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £200*
Switching to Sky TV? - We’ll credit you up to £100*
Switching to Sky TV & Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £300*

Hi @Jane234   Just to clarify, you don't get offered £300 to switch. The offer is to add a credit (no cash equivalent) to your Sky account for up to a maximum of £300. This is purely to cover your previous supplier's early termination fees only. Sky will require proof of the amount and that you have paid it.
