@Alisha261 If you have active service with Sky then you shouldn't cancel your Direct Debit.
Why are you trying to cancel it?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You cancel your DD at your bank.
But, as above, you should only cancel it if you have left Sky at there are no outstanding payments or refunds. (Or switching to debit/credit card payment)
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
