Miss Santosh
Hi Sky l just had a new sky broadband fit l am happy with this but the old virgin broadband took £60 out today's So l need the money back

How did you cancel your Virgin subscription?

If it is Virgin that took the money then it will be Virgin that you need to contact about this.

@Sa49 Did you have TV with Virgin or just broadband?
