Misleading renewal
Hi - this happened to anyone else? What my recourse?
I renewed my contract 2 months ago, and I thought I was locking in the same prices for another 24 months. However, the prices quoted included my 'welcome offer' from the initial term.
Essentially, I expected my 100mb BB would continue to be £18, but those discount expired and now it's £49 a month! However this was absolutely not clear in this process.
I even turned down better offers on the phone with them before resigning online!
