Ordered on September 9th .. still waiting for it ?? Yet already being billed for it !

Have you chased this up by calling Sky, what did they say ?

 

You are being billed for multiscreen I would have thought which is required to use a mini box. Multiscreen also allows you to view your Sky Q box recordings on the Sky Go app.

Yes, rang customer services.. but just said they will take a look at what's happening??
