I hav pay my bill keep getting message on my tv to contact sky or go to my sky account so please can you sort it out please as soon as possible thank Elizabeth grant

Do you pay your bill manually because of you do you should have something like a direct debit setup so it can be taken automatically from you so do you have this set up on your account ?
