Hi I've been struggling with mental health issues for a year now and since November I have found it crippling lately it's gotten even worse I have put all my time and effort into trying to fix it I admit I have neglected a few things here and there including myself I have had my phone restricted and can't do anything about it for 2weeks even then I can only manage half as I'm paying my broadband at the same time I really need my phone active as I'm finally getting help for my mental health but it's my only form of contact atm I have to check in daily with my worker is there anything I can do to get unrestricted
