I got the email to claim my reward (from my friend referring me). I clicked the link to claim but I didn't have very good signal so waiting until I got home that day. Got home and tried to search for the email it's not there anymore... I never got to select which place I'd like my voucher to be but now don't even have the email to try again. My friend has never even received this email so neither of us have benefited from this incentive.
and for the life of me, I can't find an email address to email someone. I work long days and don't have time to be stuck on hold for 45 mins so was hoping for a way to click a few buttons on their website and resend the emails but I can't find anything to help (and the AI Chat Bot is useless!!).
Does anyone know the easiest way to get this sorted?
