Marketplace disney plus

Disney plus got cancelled by sky on the 29th apparently due to a technical fault my direct debit was processed then recalled amounting to a debt of £190. After contacting sky who didn't know they had a marketplace, contacted my bank, then Disney plus then back to sky iam now liable to pay the outstanding bill through no fault of mine apparently I have been receiving this service for free (technically yes) but had good faith all was well.  21. Years with sky and now awaiting a call back from a manager to tell me there is nothing they can do other than for me to pay the outstanding bill.  Don't feel very valued as a longstanding customer.

I'm not sure what you are asking but if you have an outstanding debt of £190 even through no fault of your own you will probably have to pay it so should you receive a call back I should imagine this is what you will be told.
