Many problems
Can you explain why I have had two charges come out of my account in 6 days on 29/06 £34.56 then again on 6/07 £41.00 a total of £74.56 I moved everything over to you from BT as it was cheaper these bills therefore cannot be correct also when I switched i paid a £39.99 payment upfront which i was assured would be refunded within 14 days this hasn't happened still

Re: Many problems
Please note you are talking to other customers here and not Sky.
What services do you now have from Sky as billing is separate for some services which might explain the two amounts that have been taken.
Your bill itself can be viewed via the MySky app or online here so what does it show:
https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Many problems
@DaveDrizen If the ads bundle them together and they're actually not, Sky want doing for false advertising IMO.

They might be advertised together, but they're priced separately from the outset.

As put in the other post they may be shown as a bundles in Sky Advertising but they are always charged in billing as two separate amounts on your direct debit as in your case not necessarily on the same day all depending on Sky billing cycle from the outset, . You say it's false advertising not realy as if the two amounts add up to what was offered in the bundle price, what's the problem? It should be pointed out the your first bills may be slightly higher than normal as they may cover more than one month. ie the period from when your service started to bill date and then following month in advance. If you want to see the details you can view you present bill and future estimated bills on the My Sky app or by logging onto your account on the Sky.com web site. You also mentioned amount that you paid up front in your initial post that you think was going to be refunded, if this is to be repaid you will probably find this will not be a cash refund but as a credit on a future bill, again you can see this if you look at your bills.
