Manual payment

I made a manual payment off  £121 and sky are still trying to debit my card every single night I can't afford another £121 as I am out of work at money due to severe illness I'm only just managing to pay bill as it is can anyone help me stopping this? as if the payment does for though it will come off my rent money thanks

@jed2004x  Making manual payments won't stop SKy trying to collect payemtns on their due date especially iof you made the payment close to the due date.

 

As has been advised 1000's of times on the forum unless Sky request it you should never make any manual payments as these are the issues it can cause.  I'm afraid the error is on your part by making the payment when you didn't need to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@jed2004x the process is automated and making a manual payment won't stop it, as @GD1 posted.

 

If the card payment ultimately fails, your services may be restricted.

 

If it succeeds your Sky account will be in credit and you'll be able to get a refund. We can help arrange that with Sky, once your Sky account shows a credit balance.
