MY PAYMENT HAS WENT BY 81P WHY

on June I took out an 18 month contract and was promised that there would be no increase during that time but it has just went up by 81p WHY ?

Simple answer is we can't tell you what the 81p is, however on your bill is the 81p listed as a seperate charge?   Has anything changed on this bill compared to previous bills?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
