Broadband

I have had awful services for most of June and July. 
a BT engineer seems to of fixed the issue today. Why have I paid £77 last month for services not fit for purpose ?

You may qualify for autocompensation: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

 

If not, you'll have to complain to Sky for any credit.
