I am trying to enquire about broadband at my new address, when I click on deals it only offers my old address as a choice . I have tried to acces 'my details' to check my address but am only reaching a blank page.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou might need to logout to see what is available otherwise as you have found as a current customer it will bring up details for your current address.

Still getting a blank page but have managed to change my postcode on the search broadband page. It's maybe because my house move with sky is not complete yet 🤷♀️
