MOBILE CONTRACT

  • My Phone Contract ended on the 24th of December, I made a payment on the 28th, my Bill says I owe 0 months left to pay but it still says I have a payment to pay (£8.50)! IM CONFUSED 🫤

If your phone has been paid off then you should be paying only for the sim so could that payment be for this ?

Hi

 

No my Sim is a different amount! before I paid the payment last month it said 1 month left to pay (£8.50), then after I paid the Bill it said 0 months left to pay (8.50), just confused as to why the amount is still outstanding! THANKS

Did you make a manual £8.50 payment when usually Sky will take payments from you via whatever payment you have setup on your account ?

Yes (unfortunately), my dd didn't get paid, so I paid the bill manually, to make sure it was paid, instead of waiting for them to take the

payment again! I have other phones on the same Bill which were shown to be paid last month (they are still in contract), but this particular one I thought should have been paid isn't!  THANKS

If the direct debit has failed for whatever reason then Sky will try again in 10 days to take it which will still happen so the £8.50 you paid should appear as a credit on your account.
