No my Sim is a different amount! before I paid the payment last month it said 1 month left to pay (£8.50), then after I paid the Bill it said 0 months left to pay (8.50), just confused as to why the amount is still outstanding! THANKS

Yes (unfortunately), my dd didn't get paid, so I paid the bill manually, to make sure it was paid, instead of waiting for them to take the
payment again! I have other phones on the same Bill which were shown to be paid last month (they are still in contract), but this particular one I thought should have been paid isn't! THANKS

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the direct debit has failed for whatever reason then Sky will try again in 10 days to take it which will still happen so the £8.50 you paid should appear as a credit on your account.
