M

How is it that you can't upgrade upgrade online but if you want to downgrade you need to speak to a sky rep

if you can upgrade online line you should be able to downgrade . This needs to be raised at the highest level .

To downgrade part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

Re: M

 Thanks for replying

I understand how it works

if I can upgrade online  I should be able to downgrade online

regardless of the package

I should have to speak to a sky rep on the phone

it should be a two way street

At present this is the way it works @Mick207 but whether changes in the future is anybodies guess.
