Loyal customer leaving

Hello everyone,

I've been with sky 24 years plus, I always negotiate a new deal every 18 months but this time Sky want to put my monthly bills up from £55 to £62 and charge me an admin fee for the privilege!

Anyone had experience of this, I'm almost at the end of my 31 days notice and they still won't budge (i've had emails and one phone call during the month offering me the same £62 deal to stay!

I've currently got:
Signature

Ultimate Netflix

Sky Sports

UHD

Multi-room

Thanks

@Jonboy7  You might have to go through with cancellation and what and see if you get any comeback offers which could be of better value

Me too, but I'm staying.

Out-of-contract and annual price rise at the same time.

Found an online offer of £5 off and not a lot better from Value Team or Retentions so I realised if the deals aren't available they can do no better.

A week later I signed up for a cracking deal, I guess perseverance and the luck of the draw?

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

Perhaps worth noting that the heavily discounted new customer price for such a bundle is currently £76?

Signature (actually Ultimate TV) £28

Ultimate Netflix (Sky HD + UHD £13)

Sky Sports £20

Multi-room £15

Just over £60 seems reasonable given the recent price increases.  I have the same package (+Movies) for around that figure.

You can negotiate away the admin charges...  (I did)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
