Lost the will to live, need advice on changing from Q to stream

I have tried 8 times to speak to 

[removed], with less than no luck🤦🏻‍♀️ I currently have Q main box and 2 others - I just want to change it to stream and keep all the same package ... do I just give up or can someone direct me in the right direction without calling the help line 

as it's going to send me to an early grave as none of the "assistant's s" actually assist.

When calling try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot to see if it thyen redirects you to an advisor.
