Issues setting up account and Sky ID

Good evening. 

I filled out all the details for a new broadband and tv account this evening. 

went to the payment page, pressed proceed and screen stayed blank. 

then got a message saying that they can't help me. 

I also tried to get my Sky ID but the email link wouldn't work so I couldn't check the status of the order either. 

Any advice greatly received. I have tried ringing sky but it's not a helpful set of options.

I think all you can do is to call Sky to check with them the status of the order as it might be it never went through which would also explain why you are having the issue with your ID.
