Losing my channels notification

Going through our Xmas cut down the sky direct debit was accidentally cancelled , reinstated the direct debit and the bill cleared as normal, easy problem to fix. But now we are having a notification at the top of the screen saying I'm going to lose my channels go to mysky, so I do that and as expected there is nothing I can do or change as everything it correct . I've done the usual **bleep** by restarting stuff , updating , removing cards etc all to no avail . Is there an easy fix or is it going to be a painful phonecall to sky ?

All you can do is to speak to Sky about this because of the bill was paid by the direct debit then you shouldn't be seeing that message.
