Logging into sky account

My name - Deborah [Removed]

 

Issue - trying to access sky account, so we can see the bills and I have mobile data in my piggy bank that im trying to add to my device. I ma also looking at adding a new phone to my plan as why i am trying to get in.

I may have forgot the username or email assoicated to this account however i belive i have the right one being [Removed] but when i log in its saying restricted and to get access but this is my account that im paying £46  MONTH for.

 

I would like to either know the email associated to this account if it isnt the one stated above or access to my accoount in which i am paying for every month
