Log in issues

I've just got a new phone and setting it up, on my old phone I could see the broadband under my partners name and the sims and phones under my name but now it's not letting me link the account I can only see bills for broadband, it keeps telling me it's already linked but nothing showing

Not sure how you managed to do that so did you keep having to login and out of the app to see these different accounts ?

 

Usually all you should need to do is to login to the account with the same Sky ID and password that you used with the app on your old phone.
