Hi I've been cut of so can not call out to sky plus I have real bad anxiety I'm trying to talk to a human about my bill throu live chat how can I do this

@Help112444 if you've been cut off because of an unpaid bill, Sky won't talk to you by live chat either, I'm afraid.

To be honest, there's little point in talking to Sky anyway. Sky will automatically reinstate your service when the arrears are sorted out and you've re-setup your monthly payment. They won't do so until then - it's an automated process.

You will have to pay what you owe in full and setup your payment details before Sky will restore your services.  So you can do this via the MySky app or online here:
