Have been getting this message for over a week when i've tried to use the live chat regarding a downgrade.

Opening hours: Mon-Sun 09:00-19:30
Any news on when it might be up and running again?

I'm sure I've seen it operational recently.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (should be available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that will appear.

edit- I accessed the link after posting it and it is showing as Open. Are you in the UK?
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
