Live Chat - Not Virtual Assistant

Where has Sky live chat gone so that we are able to speak to a human being not the virtual assitant which is a joke and should be scrapped!! Does not put through to anyone....

it does my head in, irritates the hell out of me and then i have to give up because im so wound up by the computer asking the same questions over and over.

I had the same problem today.  The Virtual Assistant just takes me round in circles whilst making irritating noises.  Bring back Live Chat, please, Sky!

The Virtual Assistant isn't intended to be a chat service. It's designed to help you find the best solution to the issue so that you don't have to call. Sky's chat (messenger) service remains available for particular topics.
